Retailer Return Center Processing

The retailer central return center processing (“CRC”) is an automated returns authorization processing solution used by retailers to determine which products and/or accessories qualify for credit prior to returning the products to the manufacturer. This solution offers detailed reporting capabilities and minimizes reconciliation disputes.

Manufacturer Return Center Processing

This is an automated returns authorization processing solution used by manufacturers and/or their third party service providers to process return authorizations. This tool assists in identifying which products are within the retailer’s return policy period. It can also be used for accessory tracking. This process closes the product life cycle loop and offers reporting on product aging, missing accessories, and cross-retailer returns activities.

Remanufactured Product and Rebate Tracking

Ancillary services offered by SIRAS include the ability to flag remanufactured products with unique return/warranty replacement activities. Additionally, any product rebates can be associated to a specific product serial number and can be flagged accordingly.
